The following are only layout guidelines for submissions.

Remember : Only a reference code will be printed with the submitted article unless a suitable pen name is included.

Important Note : If the subjects denoted _* and in red are not included,
then the article will be ignored.

"Gripes" submissions are exempt from this condition.
